Bigfoot observation

I was deer hunting that morning. I had gotten situated in my climbing tree stand overlooking the grassy area adjacent to the pond. I was near a slough off the river. I had been on stand since around 5 that morning. Several hogs were in the shorter grass rooting, when the largest sow spooked and they all ran off toward the woods. I then saw a large man, I thought, walking slowly, looking around. I saw that it was covered with a brownish fur. It was male, obviously. I studied it through my binoculars, at a distance of about 25 to 30 yards. He kept looking behind him, and pausing. I judged him to be approximately 8 1/2 to 9 feet tall. Extremely broad shouldered, thick muscular body. Smooth stride. Then another, smaller one followed. I assumed this one to be female. She stood around 6 to 7 feet tall. The height was judged by the trees that they were standing next to. I could hear soft mutterings coming from them as they would look at each other. They were turning over fallen limbs and eating something from under them. They also ate leaves off several of the trees around them. She had blondish, light brown hair, rather short in length, yet was strongly built. I watched them for about 30 minutes before they got out of sight. I waited about another half hour before climbing down. I went to check out the site, and found tracks and noticed an odor that was stronger than that of the hogs. It seemed more of a musky scent, not entirely unpleasant as the hog scent. I wear size 12, and the larger male had feet half again as big as my own. The female didn’t seem to leave very pronounced tracks, although they were visible. I am 6’3″ tall and his stride was almost double that of mine. I have not talked about this to anyone since that day, and simply wanted to share it with someone who may appreciate it. I have hunted those woods most of my life, fished the river, and camped. I have heard many strange sounds in those bottoms, but this is the first time I have ever seen anything like this. It was almost spiritual, in some way. They seemed to be gentle creatures, and very vocal with each other. I hope that they live happily and are not discovered by some of the boys who frequent the woods these days. They are as likely to try to kill one as to look at the sighting as a gift from nature, to be appreciated.

  1. That was a good article. I think the reason why hunters don’t see or get the Bigfoot is because they are smart and elusive and move like ninjas in the woods.

    1. Thanks sasquatch1 for the reply , that’s why the best visual evidence of bigfoot is the tree structures albeit YouTube has some great videos of bigfoot, even pictures of bigfoot caught on trail cam by hunters.

  2. I go deer hunting and I have seen a Bigfoot in the woods. It was an unusual experience. I always go hunting in remote places.

  3. I was raised in the mountains of Tennessee and I grew up on a farm. I’ve seen bigfoot while hunting in the woods . I’m glad I had my 30 aut 6 and in a deer stand.

  4. I heard a bigfoot, we were at a campfire. It made a screaming sound and I heard branches snap! We went looking for what made the noise and smelled a foul stench. It was to dark that night so we went back to the spot in the woods the next day and found a chewed up raccoon carcass and broken branches all over the surrounding trees. I suspected it might be a bigfoot.

  7. I do agree with all the ideas you’ve presented in your post. They’re very convincing and will certainly work. Still, the posts are very short for beginners. Could you please extend them a little from next time? Thanks for the post.

  8. The existence of Bigfoot is taken for granted throughout North America, that’s why I love this website.

  9. I enjoy your website because of the openess you have to all possibilities. Quite refreshing from some of the other dogmatic and egotistical Bigfoot groups. I have been blessed with multiple visual sightings and have obtained a number of pictures, videos and night vision images of this highly elusive subject. I downloaded one to U-tube called “Young Bigfoot Caught Peeking”. It is not my best stuff, but shows how cautious they can be even at distances…..
